Ground school is conducted in the following ways at P6:

  1. Purchase the Cirrus Private Pilot Course at cirrusapproach.com — this course is built by Cirrus and is everything you'll need to pass your Private Pilot written exam. Additionally, it will teach you all about aircraft systems, engine management, US airspace, FAA regulations pilotage (visual navigation) and more.

  2. Work with our Cirrus instructors before and after each lesson to ensure that you're prepping well and constantly evaluating your performance post-flight.

  3. Zoom ground is available if you need some extra sessions to solidify your knowledge and/or spend more time with a particular topic

  4. We'll spend as much time as needed preparing you for the Oral portion of the FAA Practical Exam. That can be done in-person or via Zoom. You will go into your checkride fully prepared and confident!
