P6 Aviation Launches Cirrus Training Center in NYC Region

NEW YORK (PRWEB) JULY 25, 2018

P6 Aviation, a new general aviation platform founded by former airline pilots, today announced that it has officially launched operations from Essex County Airport in Fairfield, NJ.

P6 will be the exclusive Cirrus Training Center at the airport, providing flight instruction and aircraft management services to clients who value both safety and an elevated, modern experience. “Essex County provides the ideal location for our platform. Flying solely state-of-the-art Cirrus aircraft, we’re positioned to deliver a vastly improved experience to our sophisticated audience,” said P6 CEO and Co-founder, Pete Widry.

Mr. Widry is joined in this effort by John DeLillo, who along with Mr. Widry, is also a former airline pilot and entrepreneur. The company’s strategy is to build a network of premium aviation properties leveraging the Cirrus Aircraft brand and its commitment to safety, modernity and innovation.

P6 Aviation has met the stringent requirements necessary to be designated a Cirrus Training Center and plans to grow that relationship wherever able. “We are very excited to work with Pete and John, and to support their vision of breaking the general aviation mold by providing professional flight training in the best-selling single-engine aircraft in the world,” said Eric Sanderman, Cirrus Regional Sales Director NJ/NY.

P6 Aviation is actively engaged in pursuing adjacent development opportunities in NYC and the surrounding areas.
